Communications Intern

About the Position
Tattle is looking for a communications intern to work on communications and community building for Uli. Uli is a tool to help people mitigate the effects of, and respond to, online gender based violence.
Tasks:
- Phone and email communication with potential individual and organisational users of the plug-in
- Follow-up communication with users
- Online event organising communication and organising support as part of community building process
- Collating feedback and testimonial from users
- Collation of data and support on report writing
Required skills:
- Should have working knowledge of using Twitter as a platform
- Should be interested in marketing
- Should have talking skills and ease in starting conversations with strangers in both English and Hindi
- Would be required to initiate phone conversations with potential users of our plug-in so the person should be comfortable with people interactions
- Should interested and keen on working on gender and other intersectional issues
- Should ready to learn and engage with new technology ideas and concepts
- Individuals with prior experience with working on social media, especially Twitter
- Individuals with prior understanding and interest in technology will be preferred
- Since this is a project related to gender, individuals from gender and sexual minorities (women, LGBTIQA+) and other marginalised identities will be given preference.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Location: Remote
Duration: Till December 2022 (full time or part-time)
Remuneration: Based on time availability and scope of work.
Deadline: Rolling
